Chairman senate heaps favors on opposition senators for sporting him in election

ISLAMABAD: The brazen violations of law are being committed with impunity in Senate Secretariat amid the report jobs have been provided in Senate Secretariat and Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) to the relatives of Opposition Senators who had spoiled their votes and cast votes in favor of Sadiq Sanjrani in chairman Senate election.

The Senate secretariat and PIPS are closed due to corona virus spread till April 30 but even then so called interviews were taken in the PIPS hall for the posts of assistant directors to appoint favorites.

According to sources the Senate and National Assembly secretariat is shut till April 30 due to corona virus but chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani not only took the interview in defiance of law to recruit his favorites but also the date for interview has been announced in the coming days against the posts of DG legislation and research officers.

Sources said the tests against the post of assistant directors were held under auspices of NTS. As the chairman Senate favorite candidates could not succeed in the test then the result of the test was cancelled. On the other hand over 100 candidates were called in PIPS hall during weekly holidays and their test was held to favor chairman Senate blue eyed boys.

Sources disclosed chairman Senate had already appointed relatives of 7 different senators because these senators had played vital role to get re-elect him chairman Senate.

The old employees have been shifted to C Block and newly recruited persons are being inducted in different departments
