LAHORE: Punjab govt active to ensure stern implementation of price control mechanism: Firdous Ashiq Awan

LAHORE: Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan , Special Assistant to Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Usman Buzdar has said Buzdar government is providing relief to the people under Ramzan package and government is active to ensure stern implementation of price control mechanism.

She said in her twitter Wednesday β€œ the benefit of Ramzan package and subsidy will be provided to the people at every cost.

She added the CM Punjab has directed has directed the respective departments to contact floor mill association to ensure stability in the prices.

She held the undue upswing the prices of goods is not acceptable. As many as 31000 operations have been launched against the profiteers. Over 2000 cases were registered and fine over RAs 50 million was imposed on them.
