Iran imposes travel ban on Pakistan, India

Tehran: Amidst highly increasing coronavirus’ infections, Iran’s Civil Aviation imposed complete ban on both incoming and outgoing flights from Pakistan and India – Iran’s state news agency said on Sunday.
According to details, the decision was taken by country’s health ministry.
Spokesperson to country’s civil aviation authority Muhammad Hassan said that flights from both India and Pakistan were restricted and completely banned now. Other countries of region including UAE, Oman and Kuwait have also banned flight operations with India.
Iran so far has reported 69,574 Corona deaths and 2,396,204 have been tested positive for the virus. However, 1,877,517 have recovered from the life-taking virus.
