Islamabad(National Times) : Pakistan People Party (PPP) Vice President Senator Sherry Rehman on Saturday expressed sorrow over the sad demise of senior journalist CR Shamsi.
According to sources, she also expressed condolences and prayers to the mourning family.
Sherry Rehman said that CR Shamsi has always been at forefront of the media and freedom struggle.
She also said his role in the media and the struggle for democracy will always be remembered.
She added “May Allah Almighty forgive him and grant patience to their family.”
