Our patience reaches its limit; now it will be open war: Khawaja Asif

ISLAMABAD(National times)- Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, while reacting to Afghanistan’s unprovoked firing on multiple locations across the border in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said that Pakistan’s patience has reached its limit, saying that now it will be open war Khawaja Asif, using strong words against the Afghan Taliban, stated on Twitter that Pakistan’s army has not come from any other continent. “We are your neighbours and know your limits,” he said. He said that our brave armed forces are giving a crushing response to the India-backed Taliban and Afghan aggression, adding that defeat is the enemy’s fate, God willing. The Defence Minister said that after the NATO withdrawal, the Taliban turned Afghanistan into an Indian colony, gathering terrorists from around the world and beginning to export terrorism. He further stated that Pakistan made every effort to maintain normalcy, but the Taliban regime became an India proxy.
