IHC announces revised court timings for Ramadan 2026

ISLAMABAD(National times)- The Islamabad High Court (IHC) and subordinate courts have issued new judicial and office working hours for the month of Ramazan. The notification was officially released by the Registrar’s office after receiving approval from IHC Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar. From Monday to Thursday, hearing of cases will be held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, starting from the first day of Ramadan. A break will be observed from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Case hearings will resume from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. On Fridays, hearings will take place from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Office working hours from Monday to Thursday will be from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. The notification further specifies that on Fridays, office hours will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and subordinate courts will conduct hearings from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
