Court extends interim bail for Aroob Jatoi in online gambling promotion case

Lahore(National times)- The Lahore Sessions Court has extended the interim bail of Aroob Jatoi, wife of popular YouTuber Ducky Bhai, in the ongoing online gambling promotion case until March 24, 2026. During the court proceedings, Aroob Jatoi appeared with her legal team. The investigation officer requested the court to conduct a forensic examination of her mobile phone as part of the ongoing investigation. The court approved the request, while Jatoi’s lawyer requested that since the mobile forensic report might not be ready within the next couple of weeks, the hearing could be scheduled after Ramazan. Judge Mansoor Qureshi adjourned the hearing until March 24, directing the accused to ensure her presence in future hearings. The court also warned that no further exemption from attendance will be granted. Aroob Jatoi is facing charges registered by the National Coordination Centre for Cybercrime Investigation (NCCIA) in connection with promoting online gambling activities.
