Two killed, nine injured in Narowal road accident

NAROWAL(National times)- At least two people were killed and nine others sustained injuries in a collision between a passenger van and a tractor-trolley on Shakargarh Road. According to reports, the tragic accident occurred when a speeding passenger van collided head-on with an oncoming tractor-trolley. As a result, two individuals died on the spot, while nine others were seriously injured. Police and rescue teams rushed to the scene after receiving information about the incident and shifted the bodies of the deceased and the injured to a nearby hospital. Earlier, five members of a family died after their car rammed into a roadside stationary tractor-trolley on Daska Road.

According to police, the car collided with the tractor-trolley loaded with bricks on Daska Road, resulting in the death of five people and the injury of another. According to initial reports, a tractor-trolley loaded with bricks was parked on the side of the road when a car coming from the direction of Daska hit it. Two children were among the five people who died in the accident. As soon as the incident was reported, several vehicles and rescue personnel from 1122 Sialkot reached the scene of the accident.
