President, PM commend security forces for eliminating terrorists in KP

ISLAMABAD(National times)- President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday commended the security forces for successful operations against the India-backed Fitna-al-Khwarij in Tank and Lakki Marwat districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The president appreciated the timely and effective action of the security forces that resulted in the killing of Khwarij, President Secretariat Press Wing said in a press release. Paying homage to the sacrifices of the martyrs and the Ghazis, he reiterated that the resolve of the nation and the security forces would remain firm till complete elimination of this menace. The president praised the morale of the forces for foiling the nefarious designs of the “Fitna-al-Khwarij” operating under Indian patronage. The prime minister commended the security forces for eliminating 9 terrorists belonging to “Fitna-al-Khwarij” in these operations. Under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam, the security forces were achieving major successes in the fight against terrorism, he added. “The entire nation stands with Pakistan’s armed forces in this war against terrorism,” PM Office Media Wing, in a press release, quoted the prime minister as saying. He also expressed the resolve to completely eradicating all forms of terrorism from the country.
