Three killed, four injured in Bahawalpur, Okara road accidents

BAHAWALPUR/OKARA(National times)- At least three persons were killed and four other were wounded in road accidents in Bahawalpur and Okara on Thursday, Dunya News reported. According to details, the first accident occurred near Tilhar Adda area in Hasilpur Tehsil of Bahawalpur District in Punjab province, where two motorcycles collided due to over speeding, killing two people on the spot and injuring three other. Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. Police have also started investigation. The second accident occurred in Okara where two motorcycles collided due to over-speeding near District Council Park, killing a youngster on the spot and critically injuring his sister. Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. The injured girl was later shifted to Lahore due to her critical condition. According to police, the deceased was identified as Hamza.
