Sohail Leghari appointed as new registrar of Supreme Court

ISLAMABAD(National times)- Sohail Muhammad Leghari has been appointed as the Registrar of the Supreme Court in latest important administrative appointments. Leghari, who belongs to Sindh judiciary and a Grade-22 officer, is currently serving as secretary of the Supreme Judicial Council. Previously, he has also served as registrar of the Sindh High Court and brings extensive experience in judicial administration and institutional affairs. In addition, Fakhar Zaman has been appointed as Director General Reforms of the Supreme Court. He has wide experience in institutional reforms and policy development. Furthermore, Abid Rizwan Abid has been appointed secretary of the Supreme Judicial Council, while several deputy registrars have been given additional charges as additional registrars in various branch registries. These appointments aim to strengthen judicial administration and enhance institutional efficiency within the Supreme Court.
