Thakdas (National Times) On 1st September 2025, at approximately 1000 hours, a Pakistan Army MI-17 helicopter crash-landed near Hudor village, about 12 kilometers from Thakdas Cantonment.
The helicopter was on a routine training mission when it reportedly developed a technical fault mid-flight and subsequently crashed. Tragically, all crew members on board embraced shahadat in the line of duty.
