SC bench hearing Imran Khan’s May 9 bail appeals reconstituted

ISLAMABAD(National times)- The Supreme Court bench hearing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s bail appeals in the May 9 cases has been reconstituted. The three-member bench, earlier led by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Shafi Siddiqui, has now been altered with Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi replacing Justice Aurangzeb. Imran Khan’s bail petitions postponed as prosecutor falls ill The bench, headed by the Chief Justice, will hear the case today (Thursday) at 10:30 AM. Yesterday’s proceedings were adjourned due to the illness of Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Naqvi, after which the court rescheduled the hearing for today.
