Ambassador Rahim Hayat Qureshi Meets Human Rights Activist Marjan Lucas in Brussels to Discuss Kashmir Issue

Brussels (National Times) Ambassador of Pakistan to the European Union, Belgium, and Luxembourg, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, met with renowned human rights and peace activist Mrs. Marjan Lucas in Brussels today. During the meeting, Ambassador Qureshi appreciated Mrs. Lucas’s unwavering advocacy for oppressed communities, particularly in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).

The Ambassador emphasized the urgent need for global human rights organizations to advocate for a just resolution of the Kashmir dispute, in line with United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people. The discussion highlighted the importance of international pressure to resolve the issue in a fair and lasting manner.
