Ambassador Rahim Hayat Meets Belgian DG to Deepen Political and Economic Ties

Brussels (National Times) Ambassador Rahim Hayat Qureshi met with H.E. Birgit Stevens, Director General for Bilateral Affairs at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (@BelgiumMFA), to review and advance the broad spectrum of Pakistan-Belgium relations.

In a comprehensive exchange, both sides explored opportunities to strengthen collaboration across political, economic, and people-to-people domains. The discussions reflected a mutual commitment to enhancing bilateral engagement and promoting shared interests on regional and global platforms.

Ambassador Qureshi also used the occasion to highlight concerns over India’s baseless propaganda and its illegal unilateral actions, which continue to undermine regional peace and stability.

The meeting underscored the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation between Pakistan and Belgium to address regional challenges and foster sustainable development.
