Pakistan, EU Reaffirm Commitment to Human Rights Cooperation in High-Level Meeting

Brussels (National Times) Pakistan’s Ambassador Rahim Hayat Qureshi held a meeting with the European Union’s Special Representative for Human Rights, Kajsa Ollongren, at the European External Action Service to discuss avenues for deepening bilateral cooperation on human rights and global challenges.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening Pakistan–EU engagement on human rights through sustained dialogue and collaboration. The discussions highlighted opportunities to enhance coordination in international fora, reflecting a shared commitment to promoting fundamental freedoms and addressing global human rights concerns.
