Lahore (National Times) The Punjab government has decided to restore the old names of streets, lanes, and historical buildings in Lahore.
The decision was taken during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and PML-N President Nawaz Sharif. Plans include restoring old college names, creating the Convent Garden near Tollinton Market, and setting up world-class galleries in the New Museum Block featuring historical artifacts, interactive displays, and exhibitions. Shah Alam Gate to Rang Mahal Chowk will be converted into a pedestrian walkway.
