Embassy of Pakistan in Brussels to Host Pakistan Day Flag Hoisting & Eid Open House

Brussels (National Times) The Pakistan Day will be celebrated with national pride and festive spirit as the Embassy of Pakistan in Brussels invites the Pakistani community living in Belgium and Luxembourg to attend a special Flag Hoisting Ceremony and Eid Open House on Monday, 23 March 2026.
According to the invitation issued by the embassy, the ceremony will begin at 10:30 AM at the embassy premises in Brussels. The event aims to bring together members of the Pakistani diaspora to commemorate the historic occasion of Pakistan Day while also sharing the festive joy of Eid‑ul‑Fitr.
Pakistan Day marks the anniversary of the Lahore Resolution passed on 23 March 1940, which laid the foundation for the creation of Pakistan.
The embassy has extended a warm invitation to community members to participate in the ceremony and celebrate the day with unity, pride, and the spirit of Eid, strengthening bonds within the Pakistani community in Europe.
