No deal or relief being given to PTI founder: Tarar

LONDON (Dunya News) – Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar on Monday said that neither any deal nor any special relief is being given to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, and added that all such claims are mere speculation. Speaking to the media in London, Tarar said that the PTI founder’s health condition is not alarming. Sensationalism was spread on social media regarding his health, whereas the PTI founder’s condition is much improved, he added. He said that whatever issue [regarding PTI founder’s health] existed has now been resolved, and PTI leaders were briefed about his health. Tarar said that the matters related to health should not be politicized. He added that in the past, they used to say they would even remove the air conditioning from the cell of the then incarcerated PML-N president. He said that Imran Khan’s health concerns were also examined by medical experts and that his party leaders were given a briefing in this regard. He informed that the opposition leaders Allama Nasir Abbas and Barrister Gohar Khan visited Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) and were briefed on the former premier’s health in the presence of doctors.

IKHTIAR WALI

Meanwhile, Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Information and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Affairs Ikhtiar Wali Khan said that Imran Khan would be shifted to a hospital in a few days. Speaking on the Dunya News programme “Dunya Meher Bokhari Kay Sath,” he said that the PTI founder would undergo a check-up at either a government or private hospital. Ikhtiar Wali also claimed that the PTI founder was desperately trying to strike a deal for his release from the prison and has presented three options for a deal.

TARIQ FAZAL

On the other hand, Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, while speaking on the Dunya News programme “On The Front,” claimed that the PTI founder’s doctors were not allowed to conduct a check-up by Aleema Khan. He said they waited for two hours for the PTI founder’s doctors, but they did not show up. Tariq denied the claim that Imran Khan has just 15 percent vision in his right eye.
