Imran Khan’s medical report submitted in anti-terrorism court

RAWALPINDI(National times)-  The medical report of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan was submitted in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday. Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail, Jamaat Ali Shah, appeared in court and presented the medical report on behalf of the jail authorities. According to the report, Imran Khan underwent a medical check-up in accordance with Pakistan Prison Rules. The report also stated that Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, are being provided all necessary medical facilities as per prison regulations.

The submission comes two days after the court had issued a contempt notice to the jail superintendent for failing to present the report. The ATC had requested the medical report of PTI founder from Adiala Jail authorities during today’s proceedings.
