Five injured in Islamabad gas blast

ISLAMABAD(National Times)- Five people were injured after a gas leakage triggered a powerful explosion inside a house in Islamabad. According to initial reports, the incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Shams Colony police station, where a gas leak caused a loud blast inside a residential home. The explosion was so intense that one wall of the house collapsed, leaving the building badly damaged. Rescue teams and police rushed to the scene immediately after receiving information about the incident. The injured were promptly shifted to a nearby hospital, where they are currently receiving medical treatment. Authorities are assessing the damage and circumstances surrounding the explosion.
