IHC introduces online system for timely redressal of complaints

ISLAMABAD(National times)- The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has launched a new online system to ensure timely redressal of public complaints, officials announced on Monday. The initiative aims to make it easier for citizens to raise grievances and enhance transparency in judicial processes. According to the IHC Registrar, a formal notification has been issued outlining the new procedure for submitting complaints. Citizens can now submit their complaints via email or WhatsApp. The official email address for complaint submission is info@ihc.gov.pk, while complaints can also be sent through WhatsApp at 0313-6552827. The registrar emphasized that the new measures are part of the court’s ongoing efforts to address challenges in providing swift justice. By introducing digital channels, the IHC intends to remove delays and make the complaint process more accessible to the public. To further assist citizens, the court plans to display the email address and WhatsApp number prominently at various locations within the court premises, ensuring that people are aware of the new system and can easily submit their grievances.
