Domki claims Sarfraz Bugti to be removed as Balochistan CM over mismanagement

QUETTA(National times)- Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) central leader and Senator Mir Dostain Khan Domki has claimed that a decision has been taken to remove Sarfraz Bugti as Chief Minister of Balochistan due to alleged mismanagement. Domki said the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) had begun consultations for the election of a new chief minister, adding that the change would be brought from within the provincial assembly. He stated that the next chief minister would also be from the PPP. Meanwhile, PPP Parliamentary Secretary Liaquat Lehri confirmed the expected change in Balochistan’s leadership, saying the aim was to introduce a new face. He added that the next chief minister should be someone capable of resolving Balochistan’s issues, as a majority of members wanted a change in the current provincial leadership.
