Shahid Khaqan Abbasi hospitalised after chest pain

ISLAMABAD(National times)- Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is under treatment at a hospital after experiencing chest pain. According to hospital sources, the former premier, who resides in Islamabad, was shifted to Al-Shifa Hospital due to heart pain. Doctors confirmed that Shahid Khaqan Abbasi suffered a heart attack, and tests revealed two blocked arteries. Hospital officials said two stents were successfully placed after medical examination. Abbasi remains under treatment, and doctors have declared his condition out of danger. Family sources said he has been advised complete rest, while his close associates and party leaders have requested prayers for his speedy recovery.
