Federal board announces intermediate results 2025

ISLAMABAD(National times)- The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has declared the results for Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSCC) or Intermediate Part 1 and Part 2 examinations. Thousands of students appeared in the exams, showcasing remarkable performances across various groups. In the Pre-Medical group, the top position was secured by Aliha Tariq from Army Public School (APS) Rawalpindi with 1071 marks. The second position went to Warda Sarfraz from the Scholar Science College, who scored 1070 marks. The third position in Pre-Medical was jointly held by Urwa Malik from APS Gujranwala and Minal Murtaza both earning 1060 marks. In the Pre-Engineering group, Muzamil Sajid from the Scholar Science College topped the list with 1063 marks. Mohammad Sami secured the second position with 1059 marks, while Ayesha Naeem took the third position with 1054 marks. According to the announced results, a total of 97,928 candidates appeared for the 11th-grade annual exams, out of which 60,794 students passed.For the 12th grade, 96,521 candidates appeared, with 79,881 students passing. The overall pass percentage stood at 83.19 percent. The pass rate for male students was 75.85%, while female students achieved a higher success rate of 88.91%. The success ratio in the Pre-Medical group was particularly impressive at 94.04%, while the Pre-Engineering group recorded a pass rate of 88.89%.
