Six die, 12 sustain injuries in Thatta bus crash

KARACHI(National times)- Six persons were dead and 12 injured when a bus carrying picnickers from Orangi Town to Keenjhar Lake of Thatta fell into a ditch, Dunya News reported here on Saturday.Having being informed, police and rescue teams scrambled to the accident site and shifted the dead and injured to a nearby hospital.It is reported that the passengers were heading to Keenjhar Lake for picnic when they met the accident. The bus had picked them from Orangi Town, Karachi. Police were investigating and trying to know the exact cause of falling the bus into the ditch. The accident news spread a wave of shock to the people of Orangi Town, who gathered outside the houses of those who lost their lives in the accident.
