ISLAMABAD (National Times) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Barrister Gohar has called upon the Election Commission of Pakistan to issue notification of 38 members of the National Assembly.

He said the Sept 14 decision of the Supreme Court had clarified the matter and the ECP was required to implement the verdict of the top court.

“The ECP does not have any legal, constitutional or moral reason of not issuing the notification of 38 MNAs,” Gohar said.

He said the ECP should issue the notification today as 39 MNAs had already been notified earlier.
