Verdict reserved on Bushra Bibi’s plea in Toshakhana reference

ISLAMABAD (National Times) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday reserved its verdict on the application filed by the former first lady Bushra Bibi for expediting hearing in bail plea submitted in the trial court in Toshakhana two reference.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of the IHC conducted hearing on Bushra Bibi’s plea.

Bushra Bibi’s counsel Salman Safdar, investigation officer and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) authorities arrived in the court for the hearing.

Justice Aurangzeb remarked that order would be issued in line with the National Judiciary Policy.

It must be remembered that an accountability court in Islamabad had adjourned the hearing on former premier Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s pleas.
