IHC seeks reply on sending notice to PTI central secretariat over alleged encroachments

ISLAMABAD (National Times) Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought reply from CDA on sending notice to PTI central secretariat over alleged encroachments.

Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz of IHC issued notice to CDA and sought reply Friday.

The petition against issuance of notice by CDA to PTI central secretariat over alleged encroachment and violation of rules came up for hearing in IHC.
The court removed the objections of registrar office on the petition and heard it.

Sardar Latif Khosa counsel for the petitioner took the plea in the court the sitting government is using CDA as tool against the PTI. CDA issued notice to PTI central secretariat on June 28 .

Later the court while seeking reply from CDA through notice adjourned the hearing of the case.
