Unannounced loadshedding in country challenged in LHC

LAHORE (National Times) June 01 (Online): Unannounced load shedding continuing in the country has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC).
The miscellaneous petition in this regard has been filed by Judicial Activism panel in LHC.

The petition said unannounced load shedding is continuing in the country without any reason.

Load shedding is being observed from 6 to 8 hours in the cities and 10 to 12 hours in the villages.

The petitioner requested the court to order for ending unannounced load shedding in the country.
