Violence against Khawar Manika case: Court accepts interim bail plea of Usman Gul

ISLAMABAD (National Times) Usman Riaz Gul, counsel for Bushra Bibi has resorted to Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad for bail in the matter of registration of case against PTI lawyers for subjecting Khawar Manika to violence.

Usman Riaz Gul appeared in the ATC along with lawyers Chaudhry Zahir, Khalid Yousuf and Sardar Masroof. The petition for bail before arrest was filed.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Islamabad heard the petition.

The court accepted interim bail besides ordering to file surety bond worth Rs 5000.

The court while accepting the interim bail plea till June 12 adjourned the hearing of the case.
