Court approves bail of former PM AJK Sardar Tanvir Ilyas orders to release him

ISLAMABAD (National Times) District and Sessions Court Islamabad while accepting bail of former Prime Minister (PM) Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas has ordered to release him.
Judicial magistrate Abbas Shah approved bail against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 100000 in the case of using diplomatic passport.
Counsel for Sardar Tanvir Ilyas argued the maximum punishment under these clauses is 3 years. Therefore, the accused should be granted bail. Passport has also been returned.
During the hearing of case FIA presented record in the court.
FIA prosecutor FIA opposed the bail of Sardar Tanvir Ilyas.
