Hearing of contempt proceedings in social media campaign against Justice Babar Sattar cancelled

ISLAMABAD (National Times) The hearing of contempt proceedings in connection with social media campaign against justice Babar Sattar of Islamabad High Court (IHC) was canceled.

All the cause lists of Thursday were cancelled being justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani on leave. Contempt of court case on social media campaign against Justice Babar Sattar is also included among them.

A 3-member larger bench of IHC presided over by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was to hear the case Thursday. Date for hearing the contempt of court case will be given later.

According to sources Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani is on leave being unwell. He was also on leave on Wednesday too being unwell and his cause list pertaining to Wednesday was cancelled too.
