KP govt announces to present budget on May 24 before federal government

PESHAWAR (National Times) KP government has announced to present budget on May 24 before presentation of budget by federal government.
Provincial cabinet will meet on May 24 for approval of budget. It will be presented in the assembly after approval from cabinet.

KP Finance minister Aftab Alam has said it is first time in the history that provincial government will present its budget before federal government. Opposition should talk positively instead of resorting to criticism for the sake of criticism.
Approval will be obtained in the cabinet meeting in respect of annual development program, finance bill and recommendations of provincial finance commission.
