Exemption plea of CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur accepted in Naseer Abad arson atack, interference in govt affairs case

RAWALPINDI (National Times): Local court of Rawalpindi has accepted exemption plea of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in the case registered in police station Naseer Abad and extended his interim bail till May 28.

Additional District Sessions Judge heard the bail plea of Ali Amin Gandapur Saturday.

Advocate Muhammad Faisal Malik appeared on behalf of Ali Amin Gandapur and he requested the court for accepting exemption plea of Ali Amin Gandapur.

The court while accepting exemption plea of Ali Amin Gandapur extended his interim bail till May 28.
Arson attack case and meddling in the affairs of government case is registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Naseer Abad police station.
