PTI serves show cause notice to Sher Afzal Marwat

ISLAMABAD (National Times): PTI has issued show cause notice to Sher Afzal Marwat for breaching code of conduct.

Through the show cause notice issued by PTI secretary general Umar Ayub, party has sought reply from Sher Afzal Marwar within 3 days.

It has been said in the show cause notice that he has been issued notice for violating code of conduct and party policies because Sher Afzal Marwat issued irresponsible statements aimed at causing harm to the reputation and interests of the party against party founder Imran Khan clear directives for not breaching the clear and stated stance of party.

It was said in the show cause notice statements of Sher Afzal Marwat led to plague relations with party fellow members and stake holders.

In view of his reported activities, Sher Afzal Marwat is directed to explain his position in writing within three drays of receipt of this notice, otherwise disciplinary action will be initiated against him.

If Sher Afzal Marwat’s reply is found unsatisfactory or he failed to give reply then further proceedings will be initiated against him as per party rules and policy.
