Naval Chief visits headquarters of China’s People’s Liberation Army Navy in Qingdao

RAWALPINDI (National Times): Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf visited headquarters of China’s People’s Liberation Army Navy at Qingdao, China.
The Naval Chief met Chinese Navy Commander Admiral Hu Zhongming to discuss bilateral naval cooperation and regional maritime security issues.
He highlighted the role of Pakistan Navy for regional maritime peace and stability through Maritime Security Patrol.
The Commander People’s Liberation Army Navy appreciated the role of Pakistan Navy in joint maritime security in the region and emphasized the importance of strong bilateral maritime cooperation.
The visit of the Naval Chief will further expand the defence relations between the two countries in general and between the armed forces in particular.
