Gas supply to Quetta halted after miscreants blow up pipeline

BOLAN (National Times) – The gas supply to Quetta and surrdoundings halted after some miscreants blew up 12-inch gas pipeline near Sirajabad in Bolan on Tuesday night.

Bolan Deputy Commissioner Sami Ullah Agha told reporters that the incident of sabotage happened around 8pm. The suspects used explosives to explode the pipeline.

He said the law enforcers had launched search to identify the elements behind the incident.

Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) officials said some parts including Quetta won t be able to receive gas and that the gas pressure would also remain low in next 48 hours.
