President approves Raja Jalal’s resignation as GB Governor

ISLAMABAD (National Times) – President Dr Arif Alvi on Saturday approved the resignation of Raja Jalal Hussain as Governor Gilgit-Baltistan.

The President after approving the resignation appointed Gilgit-Baltistan Speaker Amjad Ali as Acting Governor till appointment of a new Governor.

The Acting Governor will perform the duties of GB governor until the new governor is appointed.
