Imran Khan ousted constitutionally, says Bilawal

ISLAMABAD (National Times): Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday while rejecting the former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s stance on conspiracy said he was ousted through democratic conspiracy. PTI government was removed constitutionally.

A meeting of PPP ministers in the federal cabinet was held under the chairmanship of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, in which PPP chairperson was briefed on the future plans and performance of their respective departments.

PPP chairperson directed them to show no negligence in solving the problems of people and said that you have to solve the issues being faced by public due to the incompetence of the previous government.

He criticized the previous PTI led government terming it to be incompetent and illegitimate and further expressed that I am well aware that Imran Khan’s incompetent government has left a heap of problems for people.

Bilawal urged the ministers to convey the message to public that PPP’s politics is based on service through their role and efficient work. Every minister of PPP is bound to solve the problems of every Pakistani without any discrimination, he added.

Talking to reporters at the Parliament House, he said that whoever violates the constitution should be prosecuted under Article 6, adding that whatever PTI members did from April 3 to 10 and afterwards is tantamount to violating the constitution.

We are proud of our constitution, said Bilawal.

The Foreign Minister said that his visit to the United States at this time was not a definitive plan. PPP had several power projects in the country under the Pak-China Economic Corridor (CPEC) but Imran Khan’s incompetent government destroyed our power projects, he continued saying.

Sharing his thoughts on the foreign conspiracy claims by PTI chairperson Imran Khan, Bilawal said that they were constitutionally removed.

He was removed from the conspiracy by Bilawal House and not by America, suggested the foreign minister as he explained that it was a democratic conspiracy against PTI not any other.

Bilawal stated that now the former Prime Minister is undermining Pakistani democracy by attacking state institutions. He should return to Parliament and act as Leader of the Opposition.
