Country can only be developed by devolving powers to lower level: Mustafa Kamal

KARACHI (National Times) – Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chief Mustafa Kamal on Tuesday has said that country can only be developed by devolving the powers to lower level.

In a statement, the PSP chief said that there is a need to take powers from Chief Minister House and give it to local governments. He further urged the people to demand provision of resources for smooth running of the system.

The Constitution allows us to force the government to fulfill the rights of the people, he added.
