Cyber crime case: PTI MPA Nazir Chohan sent to jail on 14 days judicial remand

LAHORE, July 31 (Online): The local court has sent PTI Member of Punjab Assembly (MPA) Nazir Chohan to jail on 14 days judicial remand who is arrested in cyber crime case.

The court rejected FIA plea for extending physical remand of Nazir Chohan and sent the MPA to jail on 14 days judicial remand.

FIR has been registered against Nazir Chohan on the report of Shahzad Akbar SAPM for accountability.

Nazir Chohan has been arrested in the case of cyber crime.

FIA presented Nazir Chohan before the court of judicial magistrate Yousuf Abdul Rehman and prayed the court to extend physical remand.

The case against Nazir Chohan MPA was heard in district courts Lahore.

Judicial magistrate Yousuf Abdul Rehman announced the reserved judgment and sent Nazir Chohan to jail on judicial remand.
