1200 new jobs created in CPEC Phase 1: Asim Saleem Bajwa

Islamabad: Chairman of the CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa has said that 1200 new jobs have been created through CPEC Phase 1.
In a statement on Wednesday, Asim Saleem Bajwa said that he is personally monitoring all the projects and also taking care of operational issues.
He said that Chinese investors’ trust on CPEC has not gone down and neither the work on CPEC has been stopped nor it was slowed down.
Chairman of The China Pakistan Economic Corridor said that corona pandemic was a tough period for CPEC but it’s gone now. Gawadar port has massive impact on local and national economy.
Asim Saleem Bajwa further added that there are some problems of unemployment on Western roots of Baluchistan. The Security of CPEC is up to the mark and the project is completely functional.
