Our struggle to bring Pakistan ‘back on constitutional track’ will continue: Fazl

Peshawar: Head of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazl-u-Rehman has said that PDM stands by its words, adding that the opposition alliance will continue struggling for a ‘constitutional Pakistan’.
Fazl was addressing a press talk in Peshawar on Sunday.
The PDM Chief claimed that ‘Jewish lobby’ was behind Prime Minister Imran Khan’s success in 2018 general polls. “No one was a better choice than Imran Khan to eradicate religious forces”, Fazl said while adding that there will not be any talks with PTI-led govt, but with those who ‘brought them in power.’
“Parliament is a supreme institution, but it was ridiculed during budget session. Opposition was attacked pathetically by government to conceal its negligence and incompetency”, the JUI-F head said while commenting on the recent National Assembly ruckus during budget session.
“The parliament cannot work in such bitter environment. The ruckus also reached Baluchistan assembly, where opposition’s rights were engulfed”, PDM chief said adding that anti-government movement of opposition alliance would go on at any cost.
Fazl-u-Rehman further said that Shehbaz Sharif has suggested for an All-Parties Conference (APC) to review electoral reforms and we endorse this suggestion.
Talking about the future plan of PDM, Fazl said that there will be a power show on July 4 in Swat. Afterwards, Karachi will host a PDM rally on July 29. The govt has no justification for its existence, Fazl-ul-Rehman said.
