Chairman Bilawal says the opposition will vehemently oppose PTIMF budget in the parliament

Charsada/Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari visited Charsada to condole to Central Senior Vice President Awami National Party, Amir Haider Khan Hoti and other ANP leaders on the sad demise of veteran politician Begum Naseem Wali Khan who passed away recently.
Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Farhatullah Babar, Faisal Karim Kundi, Humayun Khan, Shazi Khan, zamin khan , Malik Tahmash, Rubina Khalid, Amjad Afridi,  Sherazam Wazir, Ahmed Kundi, Sajid Turi, Farzand Wazir, Hidayatullah Khan and Liaqat Shabab also accompanied the chairman PPP.
Afterwards addressing a joint press conference with ANP leaders, Chairman Bilawal said that the people of Pakistan are facing a very dire situation under this incapable government. People are suffering from a historic price-hike and unemployment. Chairman Bilawal said that the PPP has a political and ideological link with the ANP as both believe in progressive politics and ideology. We both want to see Pakistan a peaceful, prosperous and progressive country.
Responding to the questions by the journalists, Chairman Bilawal said that PPP and ANP both had resigned from the positions in the Pakistan Democratic Movement and we did never desired to rejoin it. We have spent some time with other parties so it does not seem right to talk against them. We were following the action plan of the PDM which were to oppose the government through political struggle within the parliament and outside the parliament. The option within the parliament was not used and that was to bring no-confidence motion against the government. He said that the PDM is still following the policy of the PPP. The PDM has not resigned from the parliaments and they are also talking about opposing the government in the parliament.
Chairman Bilawal said that in yesterday’s meeting of PDM it seemed that they have no future strategy and clarity. We want to have a joint opposition strategy in the parliament and oppose this PTIMF budget. He said that it would have been better if we had implemented the action plan together and used the parliamentary option. He said that there was no point in joining the PDM unless they came back to the action plan. Answering a question, he said that we have been hearing since general Zia’s time that PPP is over. Pakistan Peoples Party can never finish. Our workers believe and follow the ideology of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
“The whole opposition understands that we are going through a difficult time,” he said. We can come together in parliament to oppose the government and we will oppose the PTI budget. Chairman Bilawal said that the government and its spokespersons and ministers are lying and saying that the economy has improved while the reality is that the people of Pakistan are facing severe economic hardships.
Responding to a question, Chairman Bhutto said that this incompetent government was not serious about foreign policy. The CPEC project was introduced and initiated by President Zardari and at present the pace of the CPEC projects is very slow. In the current situation in Afghanistan, Pakistan may suffer because of this inexperienced government hence there could be threats to the whole region. He said that elected public representatives make decisions bravely but this puppet government cannot respond bravely to India or anyone else. He said that every political party in the opposition has its own manifesto and ideology and the ideology and manifesto of the PPP and the ANP is progressive and we both want a peaceful, prosperous and progressive Pakistan.
