ANP decides not to return to folds of PDM

PESHAWAR: ANP has decided not to rejoin Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) despite being invited by PDM chairman Maulana Fazlur Rehman to return to opposition alliance.
Sources said following the PDM meeting Maulana Fazl ur Rehman once again extended invitation to PPP and ANP to return to PDM. However no direct contact could be made with ANP leadership in this regard so far.

ANP central spokesperson Zahid Khan said ANP and PPP matters are separate matters. PPP has resigned only from slots of PDM and it has not left the PDM. On the other hand ANP has come out of PDM after leaving it. What decision we have taken we have taken with consultation and understanding. Now any chance to return to fold of PDM stands ruled out.
