Government seeks respite to disclose details of foreign gifts received by PM

ISLAMABAD (National Times) – The government has once again sought respite on a petition against publicizing details of foreign gifts received by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Islamabad High Court heard the case on government s petition. During the hearing Attorney General requested postponement of the hearing of the case in Supreme Court.

Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb while granting permission to the Attorney General adjourned the hearing.

Earlier, The Cabinet Division had filed a petition against the decision of the Information Commission of Pakistan.

The Information Commission had directed Prime Minister Imran Khan to publicize details of the foreign gifts to the citizens.
