Islamabad(National Times)- Former President of Pakistan and President Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians, Asif Ali Zardari expressed gratitude to the voters of NA-133 for voting in a great numbers for the PPP. He also appreciated the PPP Punjab organization for working hard in the bye-election in NA-133.
President Zardari congratulated the PPP candidate Aslam Gill for giving a strong fight to the opposing candidates. He said that the results of the election are very encouraging. Party officials of Punjab and the Jiyalas performed very well. The voters have voted 6 times more in numbers and have sent a message to the nation that tide has turned in favour of the PPP. President Zardari instructed the PPP workers to start preparing for the general elections. Jiyalas will win the next general elections and form the next government in the centre and all provinces, Asif Ali Zardari concluded.
